Custom and personalized orders
I'd love to try to make something that is just right for you but which is not already in my shop. Just send me a note (convo) and we'll try to work it out.
All custom orders must be paid for prior to work being done, just like any other order.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to addresses in Arizona. Residents of any other states that require sales tax now on orders placed online by residents of those states will also be charged sales tax by the Etsy system and Etsy will submit those taxes to the Departments of Revenue for those states.
